Look at This!
Cincinnati went under a blizzard warning yesterday. People were losing their minds over all of this snow. When I got up this morning, I noticed we have a good foot of snow on our deck. I wonder if it is really that much since the wind is creating some amazing drifts. The snow has been steadily falling and blowing all over the place. The one thing I forgot to pick up from the store was marshmallows. I really wanted a big cup of hot chocolate to start the day off.
Ikea opens in West Chester today for a sneak peek before the actual grand opening on the 12th. My family and I intended to check it out, but it will all depend on how the roads are. My kids get restless being at home on the weekends, so hopefully, we will be able to do something today.

I SO want an IKEA here!! The snow is falling here this morning, but it is ONLY a dusting my kids are still excited lol

Your kids sound like mine, always wanting to go somewhere and do something on the weekend. We have to take one day just for that and usually one day is for relaxing and doing nothing. We have a snow day, here as well. Weeee (yours is much more impressive, however)

*Sigh* i wish we got that much snow here…only an inch or so…
everything looks like it was dusted with confectioner’s sugar though and it looks pretty!

I am SO over winter this year! I have never felt like this but as I get older Wisconsin winters are just too much for me. i too used to play in that snow all day:)

OMG…didn’t realize you were in da Nati! I hope to be visiting family there sometime soon. Used to live there many moons ago..Here in Youngstown we got dumped on pretty good to but its clearing up now!
